Hi, I’m Stacey — a trauma-informed therapist and somatic coach.

I support people who feel stuck in survival mode, disconnected from their bodies, and burdened by patterns they can’t seem to break — often rooted in childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or narcissistic abuse.

Therapy vs. Coaching

Both therapy and coaching can be powerful, healing, and transformative — but they serve slightly different purposes, and the approach is tailored depending on what you need. Trauma therapy often works from the top down - helping you make sense of your experiences, and heal through insight and emotional processing. Somatic coaching works from the bottom up - focusing on the body to build safety, regulation, and self-trust through present-moment awareness and embodied tools. Together they support deep healing and sustainable change.

Trauma informed therapy offers a compassionate space to gently explore your emotional world, make sense of your past, and begin to process the experiences that shaped your nervous system. 


It's often slower paced and attuned to your emotional needs - helping you feel safe enough to begin healing at a depth that can't be rushed. 


I draw on my training in psychodynamic therapy, trauma healing, and nervous system awareness to help you make sense of what you’re feeling — and why. Therapy is especially supportive if you're struggling with: 


  • Unprocessed trauma, abuse, or attachment wounds
  • Deep emotional pain, shame, numbness, or grief
  • Long-standing anxiety, dissociation, or persistent low mood 
  • Feeling stuck in survival mode with no clear way forward
  • A need for space to be heard, felt, validated, and deeply witnessed 


Sessions are open-ended, and always guided by what your system can safely hold - with deep care, curiosity, and no pressure to fix, perform, or "get better fast"

Somatic trauma-informed coaching begins with understanding where you are now - not as a flaw, but as a reflection of the survival responses your body and nervous system have had to rely on. This work offers a deeper, often quicker dive into the roots of stuck patterns - through the body not just the mind. 


Together, we work gently to support your body's natural capacity to heal, and help you build practical tools, insight, and embodied strategies so you can feel more regulated, empowered, and connected in everyday life - without bypassing what you've been through. 


My coaching approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-based. We work gently but actively to: 


  • Understand and shift nervous system patterns 
  • Work with parts like Fear, Shame, or Anger 
  • Break cycles of people-pleasing, self-doubt, or perfectionism 
  • Rebuild your sense of self after narcissistic abuse 
  • Create healthier boundaries, habits, and inner relationships 
  • Explore goals, clarity, or life direction — at your own pace 


Coaching is often more structured and forward-focused, with a six-session journey or tailored support to help you feel safe and empowered to make change.
