Together, we work gently to support your body's natural capacity to heal, and help you build practical tools, insight, and embodied strategies so you can feel more regulated, empowered, and connected in everyday life - without bypassing what you've been through.
My coaching approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-based. We work gently but actively to:
- Understand and shift nervous system patterns
- Work with parts like Fear, Shame, or Anger
- Break cycles of people-pleasing, self-doubt, or perfectionism
- Rebuild your sense of self after narcissistic abuse
- Create healthier boundaries, habits, and inner relationships
- Explore goals, clarity, or life direction — at your own pace
Coaching is often more structured and forward-focused, with a six-session journey or tailored support to help you feel safe and empowered to make change.
